WINFIELD, ILLINOIS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on Wednesday evening, June 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., a Public Hearing will be held by the Plan and Zoning Commission of the Village of Winfield in the Boardroom of Winfield Village Hall, 27W465 Jewell Road, Winfield, Illinois, for the purpose of considering and hearing testimony as to the granting of a special use permit to allow recreational vehicle parking in a required front yard setback for the property located at 27W440 Williams Street, Winfield, Illinois, and legally described as follows:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 5 TOGETHER WITH LOTS 6 AND 7 IN BLOCK 2 OF SECOND ADDITION WHEATON PARK MANOR, BEING A SUBDIVISION IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 9 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDAIN ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED MARCH 28, 1928 AS DOCUMENT 254666 IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
A map of the affected area is available for inspection at the Winfield Village Hall, 27W465 Jewell Road, Winfield, Illinois, during normal business hours.
All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
