NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested that:

has filed an application with the Planning & Zoning Commission of the Village of Fox River Grove requesting a variance to retain an existing pole sign which is otherwise not allowed as set forth in Article IX.I.8.c of the Fox River Grove Zoning Ordinance.
The subject property is known as: 502 Northwest Highway, Fox River Grove, Illinois and is zoned B2.
The subject property index number (PIN) is: 20-20-103-004
The application may be viewed at the office of the Village Clerk, 305 Illinois Street, Fox River Grove, IL 60021. Refer to Zoning Case No. 2026-06.
A public hearing will be conducted before the Planning & Zoning Commission, at the Fox River Grove Village Hall, 305 Illinois Street, Fox River Grove, IL on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at which time the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear evidence presented on this matter.
Objections, if any, to the variance being requested in the application may be made in writing and filed with the Village Clerk of the Village of Fox River Grove before the hearing or may be made verbally at the hearing.
