PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Village of Glen Ellyn (“Village”) Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on July 24, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Galligan Board Room, Glen Ellyn Civic Center, 535 Duane Street, Glen Ellyn, Illinois 60137 on the application of Big Sky Construction Group, LLC (“Petitioner”), regarding the property located at 293 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois 60137 (“Subject Property”), for the issuance of a Special Use Permit as set forth in Section 10-10-14 in the Village’s Zoning Code. The Subject Property is zoned C3 Service Commercial and within a shopping center on a lot of approximately 2.748 acres, located south of Roosevelt Road west of South Lambert Road, in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The petitioner seeks an amendment to the Special Use Permit granted by Ordinance No. 6090, and adopted by the Village Board of Trustees on November 26, 2012, to reestablish a drive-through facility use to be operated by a restaurant.
The Subject Property is legally described as follows:
