PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Village of Glen Ellyn (“Village”) Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on November 4, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Galligan Board Room, Glen Ellyn Civic Center, 535 Duane Street, Glen Ellyn, Illinois 60137 on the application of Chalet Vavrek (“Petitioner”) for approval of a variation from the Glen Ellyn Zoning Code set forth below to accommodate the construction of a residential sport court.
