PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENÂ that a Public Hearing will be held by the Buffalo Grove Planning & Zoning Commission on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 7:30 P.M. in the Jeffrey S. Braiman Council Chambers, Buffalo Grove Municipal Building, 50 Raupp Boulevard, Buffalo Grove, IL concerning the following matter:
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for a Special Use for a Supermarket and Food Store in the B-5: Town Center Planned District at 21 Buffalo Grove Road. Malabar Express proposes to open and operate a food market with prepared food carryout within the subject tenant space.
