PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Buffalo Grove Planning & Zoning Commission on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, Buffalo Grove Municipal Building, 50 Raupp Boulevard, Buffalo Grove, IL concerning the following matter:
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for a variation to the Fence Code, Section 15.20.040, pertaining to fences in residential districts, to replace an existing fence with a 6-foot semi-open fence that exceeds the allowable height for a fence in the corner side yard and encroaches beyond the minimum required setback for a corner side yard fence along Prairie Road, at 3040 Rosyln Lane.
