1) 119/123 HAPP ROAD â€" Consideration of a subdivision of two adjacent lots, necessitating the following variations:
a. A variation from the prohibition against the creation of acute angled lot corners (Appendix B, Division III, Section 3.2.H.2)
b. A variation from the required minimum lot width of 75’ (Appendix B, Division III, Section H.1.A)
