Public Notice is hereby given that the Plan Commission of the Village of Libertyville, Lake County, Illinois 60048, will hold a Public Hearing or Meeting at the Libertyville Civic Center, 135 W. Church Street, in the Village of Libertyville, on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. or soon thereafter on the aforementioned date for the purpose of considering the following applications:
PC 26-01 Prairie Retail Holdings, LLC, Applicant. 1195 S. Milwaukee Avenue.
Request is for a Text Amendment to Section 26-5-5 of the Libertyville Zoning Code, C-4 Shopping Center Commercial District, to modify portions of the Special Uses land use category in order to add Adult-Use Cannabis Dispensing Organizations in the Special Uses category.
PC 26-02 Prairie Retail Holdings, LLC, Applicant. 1195 S. Milwaukee Avenue.
Request is for a Special Use Permit to allow an Adult-Use Cannabis Dispensing Organization for property located in a C-4 Shopping Center Commercial District.
Documentation concerning these matters is available for public inspection in the Community Development Department, Planning Division office between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday, at 325 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Suite 203, Libertyville, Illinois 60048 (847) 918-2028, or on the Village of Libertyville website www.libertyville.com/planning.

Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the closing date without the consent of the Board of Trustees.
Any responses submitted unsealed, unsigned, fax transmissions, or received after the deadline to submit proposals may be disqualified and returned to the submitter.
Bidders shall comply with Business Enterprise Program: Participation and Utilization Plan developed by Harper College. There is a 5 percent aspirational goal on this contract.
Harper College reserves the right to reject all Proposals or parts thereof, waive any irregularities or informalities in the Request for Proposals (RFP) procedures, and award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the College.

BID NOTICE
Township High School District 211 and The Board of Education will receive sealed bids at the Administration Center, 1750 South Roselle Road, Palatine, Illinois 60067, Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM for the 2026 ROOF REPAIRS AT HOFFMAN ESTATES HIGH SCHOOL (Project No. 25120).
Bids will be publicly opened and read at this time. A Performance and Payment Bond in the full contract amount will be required. A Bid Security of 10% of the Bid is required with the proposal. The Contractor must pay the Prevailing Wage Rates for all work per Illinois Law.
It is the policy of Township High School District 211 to provide equal opportunity to all qualified business in the awarding of contracts and accordingly promotes the utilization of diversified businesses to the maximum extent feasible in any contract issued against this solicitation to bid.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities in the bidding procedure, or accept the Bid that in its opinion will serve its best interest. Any such decision shall be considered final. The Owner reserves the right to set aside a Bid from a Contractor who, in the Owner's opinion, does not exhibit past experience equal to the size and scope of this project.
PREVAILING WAGE LAW: This Contract calls for the construction of a “public work,” within the meaning of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/.01 et seq. (“the Act”). The Act requires contractors and subcontractors to pay laborers, workers and mechanics performing services on public works projects no less than the current “prevailing rate of wages” (hourly cash wages plus amount for fringe benefits) in the county where the work is performed. The Department publishes the prevailing wage rates on its website at: http://www.state.il.us/agency/idol/rates/rates.HTM. The Department revises the prevailing wage rates, and the contractor/subcontractor has an obligation to check the Department’s web site for revisions to prevailing wage rates. For information regarding current prevailing wage rates, please refer to the Illinois Department of Labor’s website. All contractors and sub-contractors rendering services under this contract must comply with all requirements of the Act, including but not limited to, all wage, notice and record keeping duties.
