  Summons was duly issued out of said court against you as provided by law and such cause is now pending. The aforesaid Complaint For Condemnation is for the ascertainment of the just compensation to be paid to the owner or owners for the taking of a full fee simple interest in the real property above-described as Parcels 10321004 and 10321009, and the impressment of temporary easements for construction purposes, to last for a period of five years or until construction is complete, whichever occurs first, over, under, across and upon Parcels 10321004TE and 10321009TE. Â
 NOW THEREFORE, unless you, the above named defendants, file your appearance in this cause, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Lake County, 18 N.
