A variation of Section 27-505 to allow an additional wall sign on an existing building when only (1) wall sign is permitted per major street frontage. This site is located in zoning district M2, General Manufacturing. The name of the business is United Rent-A-Fence. This property is commonly referred to as 1500 W Fullerton Ave, Addison Illinois. The P.I.N. for this site is 03-30-401-012. Testimony regarding this matter may be presented at the public hearing.
