NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLAN COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF ARLINGTON HEIGHTS WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON May 14th, 2025 AT 7:30 P.M. in the Municipal Building, 33 South Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois to consider Petition No. 24-026, a request for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow an additional building on a lot SUP with the following variations to Chapter 28; Section 10.2-12.4 to waive the requirement for parking lot curbing; Section 6.12-1.3 to waive the requirement for a traffic study; Section 6.15-1.2.b to waive the requirement for landscape islands. The subject property is located at 1727 E. Davis St., in Arlington Heights, Illinois. The PINs for the subject property are 03-33-300-058, 03-33-300-060 and 03-33-300-061. The subject property is legally described as follows:

The Plan Commission will consider any zoning actions or relief from Chapter 28 that may be necessary or convenient to allow development of the type described in this notice, or development that is less dense than the type described in this notice, including, without limitation, special use permits, variations, map or text amendments, or other special approvals. At the public hearing, the Plan Commission will accept and consider all testimony and evidence pertaining to the application.
All persons desiring to be heard shall be given the opportunity to be heard.
