NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Board of the Village of Gurnee will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at the Gurnee Village Hall, 325 North O’Plaine Road, Gurnee, Illinois, to consider the petition of Elizabeth Ganfeld, to rezone the subject property from O-1, Restricted Office District, to C-3, Heavy Commercial District.
The subject property is approximately 0.30 acres, is currently zoned O-1, and is located at 1125 N. Delany Rd.

The Planning and Zoning Board may also consider such other relief as may be necessary or desirable in connection with the application. Said petition and request is on file and available for examination at the Community Development Department at the Gurnee Village Hall, 325 North O’Plaine Road, Gurnee, Illinois.
All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing and be heard. The public hearing may be continued to another date, time, and place without the publication or delivery of another notice such as this one.
