NOTICE IS HEREBY given that on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the case may be heard, in the Itasca Village Hall, 550 West Irving Park Road, Itasca, Illinois, the Itasca Plan Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the petition of Christopher Geropoulos and Anna Bartosiewicz, owners, for the following variation:
A variation from the provisions of Section 4.20.5.d of the Itasca Zoning Ordinance to permit a fence past the corner wall of the principal structure in the R-2 Residential District, being a reduction in the required distance from the George Street right of way from 27 ft. to 5 ft.
This variation is proposed for the property commonly known as 501 Bonnie Brae Avenue, Itasca, IL, PIN#03-17-214-009, being approximately 11,466 square feet in area, legally described as follows:

THE SOUTHERLY 17.0 FEET OF VACATED GEORGE STREET LYING NORTH OF AND ADJOINING LOT 8 IN CHODY’S SUBDIVISION OF THE NORTH 330.00 FEET OF THE EAST 329.985 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 40 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF RECORDED AUGUST 19, 1976 AS DOCUMENT R76-57809, IN DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
