NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR BUDGET ADOPTION
Notice is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of Elgin Community College District No. 509, in the Counties of Kane, Cook, DuPage, McHenry, and DeKalb, State of Illinois, that a tentative budget for said Community College District for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, will be on file and conveniently available for public inspection on our website at https://elgin.edu/about-ecc/documents-reports/ no later than 5 o'clock p.m. on the 12th day of May 2026. Additionally, a printed copy of the budget will be available for public inspection at 1700 Spartan Drive, Elgin, IL, 60123, no later than 5 o'clock p.m. on the 12th day of May 2026.
Notice is further hereby given that a public hearing on the said budget will occur in person at 6:30 p.m. on the 9th day of June 2026. Dated this 12th day of May 2026.
