  PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Plan Commission of the Village of Schaumburg will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room at the Temporary Village Hall located at 1000 Woodfield Road, to consider a request for a Special Use for a Home-Based Business â€" Permit Two Employees at the Home located at 923 Jeffery Court (PIN #07-21-308-003-0000).
  Plans depicting the proposed request are on file for public review in the Community Development Department â€" Planning Division, 1000 Woodfield Road, Schaumburg, Illinois.
  All persons desiring to be heard will be given the opportunity to be heard. Individuals with disabilities who plan to attend this hearing or individuals who require certain accommodations to allow them to observe and/or participate in this hearing, are requested to contact the Community Development Department at (847) 923-4430 at least one (1) week prior to this public hearing if possible.
