NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Case No. PZC 26-006
A Public Hearing will be held before the Carpentersville Planning and Zoning Commission on March 19th, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in Room 10 of the Village Hall, 1200 L.W. Besinger Drive, Carpentersville, Illinois 60110. The purpose of this public hearing is to hear testimony and receive evidence regarding PZC #26-006, for Re-Zoning of Six (6) Parcels on Alameda Drive, along with Three (3) Variations and any other entitlement action that may be required by the Planning and Zoning Commission, for 83 â" 88 Alameda Drive.
Documentation for this request is available for inspection in the Community Development Department, Carpentersville Village Hall, Room 206, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. The Village of Carpentersville is subject to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Individuals with disabilities who plan to attend this meeting and who require certain accommodations so that they can observe and/or participate in this meeting, or who have questions regarding the accessibility of the meeting or the Villageâs facilities, should contact the Village at 224-293-1625 to allow the Village to make reasonable accommodations for those persons. All persons in attendance at the hearing shall have an opportunity to be heard regarding the request.
