Notice is hereby given that the Village of North Aurora Plan Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the North Aurora Village Board Meeting Room, 25 E. State Street, North Aurora, Illinois.
This Public Hearing will be conducted by the Plan Commission to consider an application from Terri Leonard (“Applicantâ€) to allow a Special Use for a Private Event Space at 738 Butterfield Rd. The subject property is currently located in the Village’s B-2 General Business District. The Applicant is looking to utilize the space for a Private Event Space.

The Subject Property is legally described as follows:
LOT 1 IN HART/MITCHELL CENTER, BEING A SUBDIVISION IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 38 NORTH, RANGE 8 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED SEPTEMBER 23, 2003 AS DOCUMENT 2003K175958, IN KANE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
