Notice is hereby given that the Village of North Aurora Plan Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the North Aurora Village Board Meeting Room, 25 E. State Street, North Aurora, Illinois.
This Public Hearing will be conducted by the Plan Commission to consider an application from Silverthorne Development (âApplicantâ) to allow a Map Amendment to rezone the property to the R-1 Single-Family Residence District, and for an Amendment to the Planned Unit Development for the property at 3S652 Deerpath Road.
