 Notice is given that the application of THE HANOVER INSURANCE COMPANY of Worcester, Massachusetts, to serve as a civil surety in Lake County, Illinois has been filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court on April 25, 2025. Any objections to this application may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at 18 North County Street, Waukegan, IL 60085 on or before July 28, 2025. The Petitioner may file his Answer to the objections on or before August 1, 2025. A hearing on all applications will be held on August 7, 2025 at 1:30 p.m., in the Lake County Courthouse, Room C201, 18 North County Street, Waukegan, Illinois 60085 at which time you may be present. Copies of any objections filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court must be mailed or delivered to the applicant not less than 10 days before the hearing.
