NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing before the Planning & Zoning Commission of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Butler Government Center, Village of Oak Brook, 1200 Oak Brook Road, (31st Street and Spring Road), Oak Brook, Illinois 60523 for the purpose of considering the application from the petitioner, Attorney Vanessa Favia, LTD with authorization from the owner, seeking a variation from the lot area requirements as provided for under Title 13 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, Ordinance G-60 as amended.
The petitioner is requesting a final plat of consolidation for two parcels. In addition to the consolidation, they are seeking a variation to allow the consolidated lot to be approximately .8 acres instead of the 1-acre requirement in the R-2 District. Parcels are 3608 and 3610 York Road, Oak Brook, IL, 60523 with PINs are as follows:
