REGISTRATION FOR
THE INTERESTED PARTIES
REGISTRYÂ FOR THE
DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA #3
Pursuant to Section 5/11-74.4-4.2 of the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act, 65 ILCS § 5/11-74.4-1 et seq. (the “Act”) the Village of Fox River Grove (the “Village”) is establishing an interested parties registry (“Registry” or “Registries”) for a Redevelopment Project Area known as the Downtown Tax Increment Financing District #3. Any organization active within the Village and any resident of the Village is entitled to register in the Registry to receive information pertaining to the proposed designation of the Downtown Redevelopment Project Area #3 and the approval of a redevelopment plan for said area pursuant to the registration rules adopted by the Village and the Act. A map of the proposed Downtown Redevelopment Project Area #3 may be obtained at the Fox River Grove Village Hall.
All individuals and organizations whose registration form and supporting documentation comply with the registration rules will be sent all notices required under the Act with respect to the Downtown Redevelopment Project Area #3.
Registration forms can be completed and/or picked up between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Fox River Grove Village Hall, 305 Illinois St., Fox River Grove, IL 60021. Registration forms may also be requested by mail.
