NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONSIDERATION FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A DECK ON PART OF THE SETBACK AT THE PRESERVES OF KILDEER AT KEMPER LAKES â€" 24012 N RED OAK CT, KILDEER, IL 60047
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 13, 2025 at 7:30 pm a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission/Board of Appeals of the Village of Kildeer, Lake County, Illinois, for the purposed of hearing and consideration of testimony with respect to an application (“Application”) by Keith and Jean Bartz for an 1-7 foot variance and such other relief to construct a deck on a portion of the side setback for the home at 24012 N Red Oak Ct, Kildeer, IL 60047.
All persons attending the hearing shall have the opportunity to be heard regarding the Application and the requested relief. The Application and related documents will be available for inspection at the Kildeer Village Hall, 21911 Quentin Rd., Kildeer, IL 60047. The public hearing may be adjourned to another date by the Plan Commission/Board of Appeals without further notice other than a notice entered upon the minutes of said meeting fixing the time and place of its adjournment and reconvening.
