VILLAGE OF GLEN ELLYN

DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Village of Glen Ellyn that proposals for design engineering services for the ROOSEVELT ROAD CORRIDOR â€" SIDEWALK, LIGHTING, AND UTILITY DESIGN in the Village of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, will be received by the Glen Ellyn Public Works Department until 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. A Request for Proposal document is available for download on the Village Website at https://www.glenellyn.org/Bids.aspx.
The project for which design engineering services are to be provided involves evaluation and design of improvements for the existing sidewalk, lighting, and utility infrastructure along the approximately 2.7 mile corridor within the Village of Glen Ellyn. Full details of the project scope are included in the RFP document.
The Village is only accepting electronic proposals for this RFP. Proposals shall be submitted to Derek Peebles, Assistant Village Engineer, at dpeebles@glenellyn.org no later than 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
