Public notice is hereby given to all persons concerned that on the 2nd of June, 2026 A.D. at seven oâ€™clock (7:00 P.M.) Central Time, in the evening of said day, a public hearing will be held at the Kane County Government Center, Bldg. A, 719 S. Batavia Ave., Geneva, IL, to consider the petition of CSAA One RE, Inc., requesting two variances. The first variance would be for a new sign on the northeast corner of the property (1â€™ setback, 34â€™ variance from the rights-of-way of Prairie Street and Terry Avenue). The second variance would be for a new gas pump canopy on the east side of the building along Terry Avenue (7â€™ setback, 28â€™ right-of way setback variance) on the following described property: Lots 1 and 2 in Brownâ€™s subd of the E 133.0 ft of Lot 8 of Lathropâ€™s subd of the N hf of the NE Qtr of Sec 29, Twp 38 N, Rge 8, E of the 3rd PM, in the Twp of Aurora, KCI. The subject property is located at 1150 Prairie Street (PIN 15-29-204-035). All interested persons and especially those owning adjacent and adjoining property are requested to attend said hearing.
