LEGAL NOTICE
The Forest Preserve District of Kane County (the District) is seeking bids from a qualified contractor for drainage and erosion control improvements on the Fox River Trail in South Elgin, IL**NOTE: ALL CONTRACTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC WORKS ARE SUBJECT TO THE ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE ACT (820 ILCS 130/1, ET SEQ.)** Sealed Bids will be accepted electronically via Bonfire/Euna (kaneforest.bonfirehub.com) until 11:00 a.m. August 12, 2026. Public bid opening will be held at the District office on August 12, 2026 at 11:30 am. All bids will be unsealed electronically. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Invitation to Bid is available at kaneforest.com/bids-proposals. All Bidders must create an online account with Bonfire to submit.
