The Forest Preserve District of Kane County (the District) is seeking qualified contractors interested in a contractual agreement for the installation and permitting of spray foam installation within a cold storage building located at Mill Creek Greenway Forest Preserve. **NOTE: ALL CONTRACTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC WORKS ARE SUBJECT TO THE ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE ACT (820 ILCS 130/1, ET SEQ.)** Sealed Bids will be accepted electronically via Bonfire/Euna (kaneforest.bonfirehub.com) until 11:30 a.m. July 8, 2026. Public bid opening will be held at the District office on July 8, 2026 at 12:30 pm. All bids will be unsealed electronically. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.The Invitation to Bid is available at kaneforest.com/bids-proposals. All Bidders must create an online account with Bonfire to submit.
