NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED ANNEXATION AGREEMENT HEARING FORÂ PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE
VILLAGE OF LAKE ZURICH
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons that a public hearing previously scheduled before the Village of Lake Zurich Board of Trustees for April 20, 2026 has been rescheduled to May 4, 2026.
The hearing of the Village of Lake Zurich Board of Trustees was to consider an annexation agreement regarding the annexation of the territory hereinafter described pursuant to the provisions of the Illinois Municipal Code, 65 ILCS 5/7-1-1, and 11-15.1-2 et seq. and that such annexation will take place not less than ten days after the publication of this notice. Consideration by the Village of Lake Zurich of an ordinance approving an annexation agreement and an ordinance approving the annexation of the territory is rescheduled to take place at a meeting to be held at Lake Zurich Village Hall, 70 E.
