WOODRIDGE BID# 2025 â€" 11
The Village of Woodridge will be accepting sealed bids for the items listed below. Bids will be accepted at the Woodridge Village Hall, Five Plaza Drive, Woodridge, until the date and at the time shown below, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.
Bid #2025â€"11 Sanitary Sewer Televising and Cleaning July 24, 2025, 11:00 a.m.
Specifications may be obtained at the Village Hall, weekdays, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., or online at http://www.woodridgeil.gov under “My Government,” “Finance,” and “Bids Purchasing” or directly at https://www.woodridgeil.gov/my_government/finance/bids_purchasing.php Request for information / questions should be emailed to Jeff Moline at jmoline@woodridgeil.gov by 3:00pm on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Any addenda issued for this bid will be issued and posted on the Village website by 3:00pm on Friday, July 18, 2025. Interested vendors are responsible to visit the website for any addenda to this bid.
A Bid Deposit of 5% of the bid amount is required with the bid submittal and is to be in the form of a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier’s check. The successful bidder will be required to furnish to the Village and pay for a satisfactory performance bond.
In accordance with the law and the provisions of 820ILCS 130/0.01 et seq., entitled "an Act regulating wages of laborers, mechanics, and other workers employed in any public works by the state, county, city or any public body or any political subdivision or by anyone under contract for public works”, not less than the prevailing rate of wages shall be paid to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract.
The Village of Woodridge reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, and to accept any bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Village of Woodridge.

Public Notice Regarding Destruction of Records
June 12, 2025
Notice is hereby given that Big Hollow School District #38 intends to destroy the following records:
? Special Education Student Temporary Files -
  2018-2019 graduation year
? Student Achievement Test Scores - 7/2009-6/2010
In accordance with the Illinois School Students Records Act and the Federal Family Educational Rights and Policy Act, temporary records for all students are maintained for five years after the student exits the school district. A permanent record of the student’s name, address, phone number, grades, attendance record and year completed is maintained for 60 years after the student has been withdrawn.
The purpose of destruction is to protect the student from improper and unauthorized disclosure of the confidential information contained within the file.
Any parent/guardian of a student under the age of 18, or former student who has reached 18 years of age, may review and/or receive records by contacting Jen Truss, Business Office Assistant by phone at (847) 740-1490 ext. 5046, by fax at (847) 407-9283, by email at jennifertruss@bighollow.us or written request to 26051 W. Nippersink Rd. Ingleside, IL 60041. A records release form will need to be completed. All requests must be made and received by June 30, 2025.
If no student, parent or guardian responds to this public notice, the school district will assume consent to destroy the records.

Sealed proposals for Lambs Farm Farmyard Renovation & Barn in Libertyville, IL, shall be received at the The Lambs Farm, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Lambs Farm”) Magnolia Cafe Banquet Room 14245 W Rockland Rd, Libertyville, IL 60048 until 10:00 a.m. local time, July 11, 2025, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Work generally includes barn construction, asphalt paving, concrete and unit paving, fencing, storm, water, sanitary, and electrical utilities, landscape installation and restoration.
Bid documents will be available from Accurate Repro, Inc.’s Planroom beginning June 18, 2025 at 11:00am. Plans are available for printing or download. Phone: (630) 428-4433. www.accurateplanroom.com. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 25 at 10:00am.
Specifications require the submittal of a 10% Bid Surety with the proposal. In addition, the successful contractor(s) must be able to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance for the benefit of the Owner and the State of Illinois following the award of a contract.
All contracts for work herein are subject to providing for the payment of Lake County’s prevailing wage rate to all workers involved in these projects. All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening. Lambs Farm reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities on a bid, and to accept the lowest responsible bid that serves the best interests of Lambs Farm.
The Contractor selected will also be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and executive orders including but not limited to those pertaining to equal employment opportunity.
Minority business firms are encouraged to submit bids. Successful contract bidders are also encouraged to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction.
This Project is being financed, in part, with funds from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity and shall comply with the following: Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570/0.01 et seq.), Public Act 96-1064 - Business Enterprise Program, and Illinois Works Jobs Program Act (30 ILCS 559/Art. 20).
