Public Hearing before the Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Warrenville will be held on August 20, 2026, at 7 pm. at the Warrenville City Hall, 28W701 Stafford Place, Warrenville, Illinois 60555, for the purpose of considering the following:
PROJECT: 30W218 BUTTERFIELD RD/ PETER ANDRIOPOULOS / SPECIAL USE PERMITS
A petition from Peter Andriopoulos for approval of the following:
1. Special use permit approval for an automobile repair shop in Unit A2
2. Special use permit approval for outdoor storage for Unit A3;
3. Special use permit approval for outdoor storage for Unit A4;
4. Special use permit approval for an automobile repair shop in Unit C;
