LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given to Vendors that Wheaton Park District will be receiving sealed bids for Food Supplies.
Specifications may be obtained as early as Monday, August 17, 2026, at
Wheaton Park District
1000 Manchester Road
Wheaton, IL 60187
Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. â€" 2:30 p.m.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Sealed Bid: Arrowhead Golf Club Food Supplies 2026" and addressed and delivered to Wheaton Park District, 1000 Manchester Road, Wheaton, IL 60187, Attention: Secretary of the Board. Bids will be received on or before 11:00 a.m. The 28th day of August 2026 and open immediately thereafter at 1000 Manchester Road, Wheaton, IL 60187.
Wheaton Park District Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive all technicalities to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a proposal and reject the remainder. Failure to make such a disclosure will not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action by any Bidder against the Wheaton Park District.
Bids shall not include federal excise tax or state sales tax. An Exemption Certificate will be furnished by the Park District on request of the Bidder.
The low bidder selected will also be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations and executive orders including but not limited to those pertaining to equal employment.
