LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given to potential Bidders that the Lake Bluff Park District will be receiving sealed bids for Blair Park Asphalt Resurfacing. The scope of this project is to Asphalt mill and overlay and pavement marking as identified in the document. Specifications may be obtained by contacting Mike Hanley, 847-234-4150 or Mhanley@lbpd.org commencing on July 21, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.Â
Each bid must be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Sealed Bid: Blair Park Asphalt Resurfacing” and addressed to Lake Bluff Park District, 355 W. Washington Ave. Lake Bluff, IL 60044, Attention: Mike Hanley. Office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. on August 11, 2026, at which time the bid proposals will be publicly opened at the same address and read aloud. The winning bid will be approved at the Board of Commissioners Meeting on August 17, 2026.
