KURTIS OLERICH and ANGELA OLERICH and STATE OF NEBRASKA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION VS. RAY STAR LLC, STARLINE LOGISTICS INC., GOCHY GOCHYYEV and GLOBAL MAX SERVICES LLC

 You are hereby notified that Plaintiff Kurtis Olerich filed a complaint against the Defendants Ray Star LLC, Starline Logistics Inc., Gochy Gochyyev and Global Max Services LLC, in the District Court of Dawson County, Nebraska, on or about January 29, 2026. The object and prayer of said Complaint is to recover money damages for personal injuries incurred as a result of an accident that took place on or about July 31, 2025, on Interstate 80, in Dawson County, Nebraska.
 Plaintiff has been unable to serve Ray Star LLC with summons and a copy of the complaint. You are further notified that on or about May 13, 2026, District Court Judge Chawnta Duham ordered that RAY STAR LLC may be served by publication or any other manner reasonably calculated under the circumstances to provide Ray Star LLC with actual notice of these proceedings in an opportunity to be heard. This Legal Notice constitutes such notification of the action pending against Ray Star LLC. You are further noticed that you have until June 7, 2026, to answer said Complaint or a default judgment may be entered against you.
