LEGAL NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS, COUNTY OF LAKE, a body politic and corporate of Illinois, Plaintiff, vs. TIFFANY N. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO UNKNOWN OWNERS and NONRECORD CLAIMANTS, that an action is now pending in the court as shown above to fix the compensation for certain property located in Lake County, Illinois, for the improvement of Butterfield Road (County Hwy 57) from Gregg’s Parkway to Golf Road, and as more particularly described in the Complaint for Condemnation above referred to and now on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lake County. That part of Lot 53 in Regency Estates Unit 2, being a subdivision of part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 44 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded December 15, 1971 as document number 1537188 in Book 48 of Plats, page 63, in Lake County, Illinois, bearings and distances are based on the Illinois Coordinate System, NAD 83 (2011) East Zone, with a combination factor of 0.9999557592, described as follows:
