Main Street Station CA vs Alejandro M. Jurado, Deceased, et al defendants Case No 25 EV 3329.
Notice is hereby given to you, all Unknown Heirs and Legatees of Alejandro M. Jurado and All Unknown Occupants, that the above entitled action has been filed against you and other defendants in the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit of DuPage County, Illinois for the recovery of the possession of real estate located at 14 South Prospect Street, #507 & #P17 & #P42 Roselle, IL 60172.
You are hereby required to appear in person on February 18, 2026 at 10:00am in Courtroom 1004, Circuit Court of DuPage County, Located in the DuPage County Judicial Center, 505 N. County Farm Rd., Wheaton, IL, for return date of this cause. You are further required to file your written appearance by yourself or your attorney at the same place and time.
Now unless you, the said above named defendants appear at the time and place fixed for return date, judgment by default will be entered against you for possession of the aforesaid premises and an order for possession will be issued out of said court by which you will be dispossessed of said premises.
