Notice is given of the death of Jerome G. Ernst of Wheeling, IL 60090. Letters of Office were issued on October 3, 2025 to
Colleen Zavakos, Administrator, whose attorney is E. William Maloney; Maloney & Craven, PC, 2093 Rand Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016-4727.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or with representative, or both, on or before April 17, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed.
