IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT

Estate of FATHOLAH NIKAMALFARD, Deceased

Notice is given of the death of FATHOLAH NIKAMALFARD, of Deerfield, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on January 8, 2026, to PEDRAM NIKAMALFARD, of 407 Ridgeland Ave., Waukegan, Illinois 60085, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney is Jennifer Wu, 5424 W. Devon Ave., #46592, Chicago, Illinois 60646.
Notice is given to creditors of the death of the above-named decedent that an order was entered on January 8, 2026, granting independent administration of the estate. This means that the administrator will not have to obtain court orders of filed estate papers in court during probate. The estate will be administered without court supervision unless interested persons ask the court to become involved.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or with representative, or both, on or before July 14, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed.
