That prior to the seizure this vehicle facilitated the commission of the offense of Unlawful Use of Weapon, 720 ILCS 5/24-l(a)(7), where on May 24, 2025, Marcus Carroll possessed, in the Jeep, a fully loaded Glock handgun which was modified to allow it to be fired as a fully automatic machine gun in Naperville, DuPage County, Illinois subjecting the property to forfeiture pursuant to 720 ILCS 5/36-l(a)(l). NOW THEREFORE, unless you, Eula Whisenton and/or Freda Whisenton·Comer, file your appearance and answer, or other response, to the Complaint for Forfeiture in the office of the Clerk of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Court, at the Judicial Center, 505 N.
