Case PC 25-12: An amendment to the text of Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of West Chicago (the Zoning Code), in accordance with Section 5.6 of the Zoning Code, to allow the keeping of chickens, with certain restrictions, on properties used as single-family residential. The amendment would create Section 6.30 in Article VI of the Zoning Code and contain regulations for the keeping of chickens on single-family residential properties.
