The College of DuPage is accepting sealed bids for the Institutional Resource Center (IRC) Office Conversion Project. Bid documents may be downloaded from the Procurement Website at www.cod.edu/about/purchasing/requests by clicking on the link for this bid and following the instructions.
Bids are due Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time to the College of DuPage Procurement Services in the Institutional Resource Center (IRC) Building, Room 1001, 425 Fawell Blvd., Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 up to and no later than Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time, at which time they will be publicly opened.
A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled via Zoom for Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time. A Site Visit is scheduled at the College for Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time. The Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit are not mandatory, but highly recommended.
A Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, cashier’s check or certified check in the amount of fifteen percent (15%) of the total base bid is required for this project.
Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this project. Refer to the IDOL website for current DuPage County rates.
