NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Plan Commission for the Village of Wayne will conduct a Public Hearing for the purpose of considering and hearing testimony regarding a proposed plat of consolidation for the properties commonly known as 4N382 and 4N356 Magnolia Lane, Wayne, Illinois, and legally described as follows:
PARCEL 1: LOT 95 IN THE WOODS OF WAYNE, BEING A SUBDIVSIION OF PART OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 40 NORTH, RANGE 9 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED JULY 13, 1989 AS DOCUMENT R89-083832, IN DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS
PARCEL 2: EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER PRIVATE ROADS AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT AND SET FORTH IN THE CERTIFICATE ON THE PLAT OF THE WOODS OF WAYNE, AFORESAID.

The Petitioner is the Deborah H. Mestek Trust dated July 25, 1991.
The public hearing before the Plan Commission will be held on August 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Wayne Village Hall, 5N430 Railroad Street, Wayne, IL 60184.
All persons present at the public hearing will be afforded an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may be submitted to the Plan Commission to the attention of the Village Clerk c/o the Wayne Village Hall, 5N430 Railroad St, Wayne, IL 60184, and will be considered if received at least five (5) days prior to the hearing. The Plan Commission reserves the right to continue the public hearing from time to time and in accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
