LEGAL NOTICE â€" REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT-RISK SERVICES
Alcott Center Relocate Building Water
The Buffalo Grove Park District is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at-Risk services for the Alcott Center Relocate Building Water Project, located at the Alcott Center, 530 Bernard Drive, Buffalo Grove, Illinois 60089. The work consists of rerouting all domestic water piping within the occupied building and will be performed in two phases. Proposals will be evaluated on qualifications and fee.
The Request for Proposals will be issued on August 14, 2026 and may be obtained from the District website at https://www.bgparks.org/information/bid-results/. Written questions are due by August 21, 2026.
Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format to the Planning and Development Manager no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 31, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
The project is a public work subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and is anticipated to be funded in part by a State grant administered by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO), with Business Enterprise Program (MBE/WBE) participation goals.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities.
