The County of Kane is accepting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractor(s) for the complete HVAC improvement and renovation project at the Kane County Judicial Center located in St. Charles, IL. This is an all-inclusive project for the Kane County Building Management Department. Prevailing Wage Rates project.
A one-time pre-bid meeting is scheduled at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, August 20, 2026, at the Kane County Judicial Center Holding & Control Area, 37W777 IL Rt. 38, Door Five (#5) St. Charles, IL 60175. This is a secure facility; vendors will be registered before entering the building.
Bids will be accepted electronically at www.bidnetdirect.com before the submission due date and time: Friday, August 28, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CST. Documents may be downloaded from www.bidnetdirect.com with free registration to all vendors.
