THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF LOT 29 IN BLOCK 6 IN TIFFANY’S THIRD ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF LITTLE FORT (NOW CITY OF WAUKEGAN), IN THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 45 NORTH, RANGE 12, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED MARCH 20, 1845, IN BOOK “D†OF DEEDS, PAGE 35, IN LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
