  The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to you, UNKNOWN OWNERS and NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS, Defendants in the above-entitled suit, that the above-named Plaintiff has filed its Complaint in said Court in the Law Division thereof, for condemnation pursuant to the eminent domain laws of the State of Illinois, of the lands and premises described in the Complaint situated in Lake County, State of Illinois, to wit:

That part of Lot 462 in Cambridge Country Unit Eleven, being a subdivision of part of Section 23, Township 44 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded November 30, 1989 as document number 2855612 and corrected by certificate of correction recorded December 19, 1989 as document number 2861774, in Lake County, Illinois, bearings and distances are based on the Illinois Coordinate System, NAD 83 (2011) East Zone, lftith a combination factor of 0.9999502657, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 462; thence on an Illinois coordinate System NAD 83 (2011) East Zone· bearing of North 57 degrees 00 minutes 16 seconds East along the northwesterly line of said Lot 462, a distance of 14.43 feet; thence South 33 degrees 13 minutes 27 seconds East, a distance of 95.89 feet; thence South 79 degrees 24 minutes 58 seconds East, a distance of 27.89 feet to the southerly line of said Lot 462; thence northwesterly 54.53 feet along the southerly line of said Lot 462 on a curve to the right having a radius of 35.00 feet, the chord of said curve bears North 77 degrees 51 minutes 46 seconds West, 49.18 feet to a point of tangency on the southwesterly line of Lot 462; thence North 33 degrees 13 minutes 34 seconds West along the southwesterly line of said Lot 462, a distance of 80.25 feet (80.14 feet, recorded) to the point of beginning.

Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 462; thence on an Illinois Coordinate System NAD 83 (2011) East Zone bearing of North 57 degrees 00 minutes 16 seconds East along the northwesterly line of said Lot 462, a distance of 14.43 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 33 degrees 13 minutes 27 seconds East, a distance of 95.89 feet; thence South 79 degrees 24 minutes 58 seconds East, a distance of 15.24 feet; thence North 33 degrees 13 minutes 27 seconds West, a distance of 106.39 feet to the northwesterly line of said Lot 462; thence South 57 degrees 00 minutes 16 seconds West along the northwesterly line of said Lot 462, a distance of 11.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Said temporary easement containing 0.026 acre, more or less.
Summons was duly issued out of the said Court against you as provided by law, and said suit is now pending.
 The said Complaint is for the ascertainment of the just compensation to be paid to the Owner, Owners, Interested Parties, or Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants for the fee simple title to the above-described real property described in Exhibit A, and the temporary easement to the above-described real property described in Exhibit B sought to be acquired for the purpose of a public highway.
  Now, therefore, unless you, the said UNKNOWN OWNERS and NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS, file your appearance in the said suit in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lake County, Law Division, Lake County Judicial Center, 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, Illinois 60085 on or before October 5, 2026 an order of default may be entered against you at any time after that day and Judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
