  The requisite Affidavit for Service by Publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to you, MITCHELL C. ADAMUS AND SUSAN A. TERWEDOW, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS TENANTS BY THE ENTIRETY; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. and UNKNOWN OWNERS and NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS, generally, in this cause, that the City of Warrenville has filed its Complaint For Condemnation in the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in DuPage County, Illinois, for condemnation pursuant to the eminent domain laws of the State of Illinois, of the lands and premises in the Complaint situated in DuPage County, State of Illinois, to wit (See attached Exhibits A and B):

 Summons was duly issued out of said court against you as provided by law and such cause is now pending. The aforesaid Complaint for Condemnation is for the ascertainment of the just compensation to be paid to the owner or owners: 1) a permanent easement for highway purposes over, under, across and upon real property designated as Parcel 0004PE and legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by reference, together with the right to permit others to use, operate, install, maintain, alter, repair, replace, renew, improve, and remove other facilities and structures, including, but not limited to, drainage, multi-use paths, underground communication lines, fiber optics, wire or other means of electricity, voice data, video, digitized information, pipes and conduits, upon and beneath the surface of the said premises; and 2) temporary easement for construction purposes for a period not to exceed five (5) years from the date of vesting of title or until completion of construction operations, whichever occurs first, across and upon real property designated as Parcel 0004TE, and legally described in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with P.I.N, 04-22-303-006, and the common address of 29W606 Mack Road, West Chicago, IL 60185, which are sought to be acquired for the purpose of constructing a multi-use path along the north side of Mack Road and for the reconstruction and improvement of the Mack Road Bridge located east of IL Route 59 and west of the McKee Marsh at Blackwell Forest Preserve in Warrenville, DuPage County, Illinois.
 NOW THEREFORE, unless you, the above-named defendants, file your appearance in
this cause, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit of DuPage County, 505 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187, on or before the 25th day of July, 2025, default may be entered against you at any time after that day, or the case may be tried at any time after said date, and a judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
