NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO SERVE AS SURETY
 Notice is given that the application of Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, a Connecticut Corporation, to serve as a civil surety in Lake County, Illinois has been filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court on April 28, 2026. Any objections to this application may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, IL 60085 on or before June 15, 2026. A hearing on all applications will be held on June 25, 2026 at 1:30 p.m., in Room C201, at 18 N. County St., Waukegan, IL 60085 at which time you may be present. Copies of any objections filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court must be mailed or delivered to the applicant not less than 10 days before the hearing.
Parties wishing to attend the court's hearing on approval of sureties shall not appear in person in the courtroom. This proceeding will be conducted by Zoom video and telephone conferencing.
