Lump Sum Bid Proposals will be received at the scheduled time of receipt of bids and will be publicly opened at that time for Bid Release #2. The Trade Packages included are:

The successful bidder will be required to furnish insurance equal to or greater than the specified amounts and conditions. The cost of the insurance will be included in each bidder’s proposal.
Successful bidders will be required to furnish 100% Performance and Payment bonds to Wauconda CUSD 118 and include a Dual Obligee Rider adding IHC Construction Companies, LLC. The cost of the performance and payment bond will be included in each bidder’s proposal.
