 The requisite Affidavit for Service by Publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to you, PARKWAY BANK AND TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST NUMBER 12520 DATED MARCH 10, 2000; PARKWAY BANK & TRUST CO.; COVENANT CLEARINGHOUSE, LLC, A NEVADA LLC BY REASON OF DOCUMENT 6608545; AND UNKNOWN OWNERS AND NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS, generally, in this cause, that the Illinois Department of Transportation has filed its Complaint For Condemnation in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in Lake County, Illinois, for condemnation pursuant to the eminent domain laws of the State of Illinois, of the lands and premises in the Complaint situated in Lake County, State of Illinois, attached as Exhibit A.

That part of Lots 23, 24, 25, and 26 in Green Bay Heights Subdivision, being a subdivision of part
of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 45 North, Range 12 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded July 13, 1923 as Document Number 226689, in Lake County, Illinois, bearings and distances are based on the Illinois State Plane Coordinate System, East Zone, NAD83 (2011 Adjustment), with a combined
factor of 0.9999697; described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 29 in said Green Bay Heights Subdivision; thence North 07 degrees 29 minutes 26 seconds West along the west line of Lots 29, 28, 27, and 26, in said subdivision, 106.14 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing North 07 degrees 29 minutes 26 seconds West along the west line of said Lots 26 and 25 a distance of 27.63 feet to a point of curve; thence northeasterly 61.39 feet on said curve to the right, being also the west line of said Lots 25, 24, and 23, having a radius of 167.71 feet, the chord of said curve bears North 02 degrees 59 minutes 48 seconds East 61.05 feet; thence South 00 degrees 15 minutes 58 seconds East 88.36 feet to the Point of Beginning.Â
Said parcel containing 0.006 Acres (268 square feet), more or less.
 Summons was duly issued out of said court against you as provided by law and such cause is now pending. The aforesaid Complaint for Condemnation is for a temporary easement  for construction purposes for a period not to exceed five (5) years from the date of vesting of title or until completion of construction operations, whichever occurs first, across and upon real property designated as Parcel 10321003TE and legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, sought to be acquired for the purpose of the improvement of improvement of Illinois Route 131 at Washington Street in Lake County, Illinois..
 NOW THEREFORE, unless you, the above named defendants, file your appearance in this cause, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, 18 N County St, Waukegan, IL 60085, on or before the 9th day of April, 2026, default may be entered against you at any time after that day, or the case may be tried at any time after said date, and a judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
