Accordingly, Contractor shall therefore comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and shall pay, and require every Subcontractor to pay, the prevailing rates of wages as established by the Illinois Department of Labor for each craft or type of work needed to execute the contract in accordance with 820 ILCS 130/.01 et seq. Contractor must comply with all applicable laws, including having the requisite policies prohibiting sexual harassment and implementing a substance abuse prevention program. Contractor must likewise ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

Public notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 7 p.m., at City Hall in the City Council Chambers, 3600 Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows, Illinois, the Rolling Meadows Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider and make recommendations on proposed amendments to the City’s Comprehensive Plan pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-12 et seq.
Generally described, and without limitation, the proposed amendments would: (i) address changing conditions and desired future land uses within the Golf Road and Algonquin Road corridors, including policies to address conditions that constitute blight or conservation areas under applicable sections of the Illinois Municipal Code (65 ILCS 5/); (ii) document changes in the City's policy approach regarding the annexation of nearby unincorporated areas; and (iii) reflect changes in public transit service and infrastructure and the opportunities presented by the Northern Illinois Transit Authority Act (Public Act 104-0457). The public hearing may also consider any other changes to the City’s Comprehensive Plan that are necessary or desirable in order to effectuate these changes.
Interested persons are invited to attend the Public Hearing, and will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Successful bidders will be required to furnish 100% Performance and Payment bonds to Wauconda CUSD 118 and include a Dual Obligee Rider adding IHC Construction Companies, LLC. The cost of the performance and payment bond will be included in each bidder’s proposal.
