Notice is given of the death of Carol Ann Bristow of West Chicago, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on October 21, 2025 to Stephanie Bristow, 1130 Natalie Drive, West Chicago, IL 60185, as Independent Executor of the Estate, whose attorney is Martha E. McHugh of Buckley Fine, LLC, 201 S. Grove Avenue, 4th Floor, Barrington, IL 60010.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or with representative(s), or both, on or before May 14, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative(s) and to the attorney, if any, within ten (10) days after it is filed.
Within six (6) months after the effective date of the original Order Admitting Will to Probate, you m ay file a petition with the Court to contest the validity of the Will as provided under Article VIII 5/8-1 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/8-1).
